PROJECT: HOMEMADE CHAPATTIS - FLOUR USAGE
DIARY STUDY AND PRODUCT TEST

We are looking to speak with people from Punjabi, Pakistani and Gujarati communities to help us understand how three different flour brands perform during regular home usage, as part of a blind product test
WHEN:
Induction: 22nd April or 23rd April
The diary study starts: 25th April for 2 weeks
WHERE:
Birmingham, Bradford and London (Punjabi, Pakistani and Gujarati communities)
WHAT'S INVOLVED:
Induction: Participants will attend an online induction before starting the diary
Usage test: Participants will be provided with three different flours (labeled anonymously). Each product will be used in rotation over 2 weeks, with each flour being used at least twice. Usage will occur in their home environment, using their regular cooking methods and routines.
